Objectives: Understand the fundamental components of both macro and micro outlines, learn how to independently produce them from scratch, and gain basic research and referencing (MLA) skills

Class Title: Module II (5-Paragraph Essay)
Objectives: Understand the fundamental components of a 5-paragraph essay, learn how to independently produce it from scratch, and gain research and referencing (Chicago) skills
Learning Outcomes:
✓ Apply knowledge learned from Level I to create a micro outline.
✓ Understand the purpose and structure of the introduction section.
✓ Understand the purpose and structure of the body section.
✓ Understand the purpose and structure of the conclusion section.
✓ Understand and utilize Chicago referencing.
✓ Apply knowledge to develop a 500-700 word 5-paragraph essay.
